Our concepts have ranged from formal, full service Chinese restaurants to quick service food & beverage designs such as Walter's Pizzeria. The Roo Management team has also owned and operated a wide range of quick service food franchises including Jamba Juice, Nathan's Famous, Wall Street Deli and more.

Jim Roo began his restaurant career over three (3) decades ago in Ohio. Since then he has opened many different stores in a variety of locations. Every location is tailored to the varied appetites of local consumers. Jim's specialty is to use corporate processes and systems while retaining the personal, "mom & pop" feel for his diners.

Each location is its own business entity with an experienced management team and staff. This ensures that any changes required in the menu or process can be done quickly without taking months to travel up and down the corporate ladder.
